If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

Initiating a Return

 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team at couchlocksreturns@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your product to request a return authorization.

2. Our customer support team will provide you with further instructions and conduct a digital review. During this process, you may be asked to provide photos of the product to verify its condition and any reported issues.

3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging (if possible), including all accessories and documentation that were included with the product.

4. Ship the product back to us. We will include the return address and shipping instructions in the email.

 

Conditions for Returns

 

The following conditions apply for all returns:

Eligible Reasons: Returns are accepted for production defects, shipping damage, incorrect orders, misleading product descriptions, or dissatisfaction related to quality or functionality.

The product must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date (as recorded by the carrier).

Items that show clear signs of accidental damage, misuse, or excessive wear after opening will not be eligible for return.

Custom or Personalized Items: Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect.

Return Shipping Costs:

Couchlocks will cover return shipping costs only for defective, incorrect, or misleading orders.

For other returns (e.g., dissatisfaction), customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method. The timing of your refund may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

 

If your return is denied, you may choose to:

1. Pay the postage to have the item shipped back to the original delivery address.

2. Allow Couchlocks to hold the item for up to 30 days, after which it will be disposed of or recycled at our discretion.
