Returns
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Our customer support team will provide you with further instructions and conduct a digital review. During this process, you may be asked to provide photos of the product to verify its condition and any reported issues.
3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging (if possible), including all accessories and documentation that were included with the product.
4. Ship the product back to us. We will include the return address and shipping instructions in the email.
Conditions for Returns
The following conditions apply for all returns:
• Eligible Reasons: Returns are accepted for production defects or shipping damages.
• The product must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date (as recorded by the carrier).
• Items that show clear signs of accidental damage, misuse, or excessive wear after opening will not be eligible for return.

• Couchlocks will cover shipping costs for Accepted returns
Refunds
